About Vinexposium Connect

From its launch date in October 2020 through to today, Vinexposium Connect has been an aggregator of essential live and on-demand content. With our physical events now poised to resume, the platform offers both an augmented digital experience with new functionalities designed to increase your business opportunities 365 days a year with brands from across the globe as well as business matchmaking for pre-booking meetings on-site.

Process for Participating

  1. Confirmed Vinexpo America | Drinks America buyers* who have opted into the service will receive an email from noreply@expoplatform.com with an activation link for your profile on the platform. If you are already using Vinexposium Connect, you will be added to the Vinexpo America | Drinks America event and can use your existing account and profile.
  2.  Use the activation link to finalize your profile and begin browsing event exhibitors under the ‘Catalogue’ in the menu.
  3. Propose and accept meetings with exhibitors. Keep in mind any event sessions you would like to  attend as you are scheduling.
  4. Download the Vinexposium Connect mobile app available for iOS and Android to coordinate your meetings on the go. Search for ‘Vinexposium Connect’ in your app store. 
    You will need to use the emailed activation link to set a password before using the app. 
  5. Vinexposium Connect staff will be available at booth #1624 to assist with questions on-site during the event.
*Platform Eligibility

Only North American trade buyers are eligible to pre-book meetings on-site at Vinexpo America | Drinks America. Not all event attendees will be eligible to use the platform. Buyers must meet the following criteria before being granted an account:

  1. Company must directly be part of one of the following categories
    • Importer
    • Distributor
    • Retail (On or Off-Premise)
    • Broker
  2. ‘Job Function’ and ‘Purchasing Involvement’ as submitted during registration must indicate a role in the buying process for your company.
  3. Your intention for using the platform must be to pre-book meetings with exhibitors whose products or services your company may purchase.

Only eligible buyers who indicated ‘Yes’ or ‘Remind Me Later’ to using the service during registration are being automatically enrolled in the platform. If you meet the criteria above and have not received a platform login, you may answered ‘Remind me later’ or ‘No’.
Please use the button below to email an enrollment request from the account you registered with if you meet the buyer requirements and have not received your activation link. New platform enrollees will receive their activation link the morning after enrolling and/or registering for the event.
