All individuals registered for the event will automatically receive access to the platform. The platform access email comes from:

If you cannot locate the email, you can access the platform directly here. You can find your initial platform credentials in your event registration confirmation.

You’ll need:

• The email address associated with your registration
• Your 6-digit event registration ID number

 Links to the platform are ‘Smart Links’ meaning it will take you either to the app in your relevant app store or to a browser login page depending on the device you are using.

Yes! The app provides great information including detailed exhibitor profiles, product listings, and event information. We understand if attendees want to have these features without scheduling meetings. 
The ‘Platform Access and Profile’ guide details how to turn off your meeting availability entirely. 

Our top tips for the platform include

• Fully complete your profile including a profile image
• Check the platform frequently leading up to the show. As the show gets closer more representatives will become active and start completing profiles. 
• In addition to the system generated recommendations, utilize the robust filtering to learn more about our exhibitors and the products they offer before meeting them on-site. 

All sessions are seated on a first-come, first-served basis and seats are not able to be reserved in the app. 

Adding sessions to your schedule in the app does block that time in your availability so you do not book over that session’s time. 

Contact information is not shared on the platform. Your profile auto-populates with your name, job title, and company.

Your email address is strictly used for login and platform notifications. This information is not able to be seen by any other users. 

No, only registered attendees of Vinexpo America | Drinks America are able to access the platform.
