Call for Proposals

We appreciate your interest in presenting at Vinexpo America | Drinks America on March 8 & 9, 2023 at the Javits Convention Center in New York City. These co-located trade-only events support the entire beverage alcohol industry, creating an efficient format to connect, conduct business and to showcase and discover products.

The education program runs throughout the two days and provides impactful, actionable, insights on the latest industry issues in two formats. Traditional conference sessions provide an opportunity for a presenter or panel to discuss a topic in-depth for an audience. The Buzz is less formal, meant to engage the audience in a moderated conversation that allow them to share their own experiences with the latest industry trends and issues.

We anticipate a high volume of proposal submissions for the event and have very limited session availability. For the best chance of being selected we recommend submitting proposals involving trade-specific topics that can appeal to a wide-variety of industry professionals.
