Conference Sessions
All conference sessions will be held in the Conference Theater at the back left-hand of the exhibit hall. All conference sessions will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before any session you want to attend.
Master Classes
Master classes are in-depth tasting and discussion sessions focused on a particular region or varietal. Master classes are held in the Master Class Theater at the back right-hand of the exhibit hall. Master Classes may have some seating reserved for sponsor guests, but are primarily first-come, first-served. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to classes.
The Buzz
The Buzz is a dedicated space for knowledge exchange, group discussion, and networking with a focus on current events, issues, and trends impacting the US beverage alcohol market. Sessions are presented by industry members who are subject matter experts creating an opportunity for information sharing and discussion in an informal setting.
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis for The Buzz sessions and is very limited. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the discussion. Standing room is also available.
