Individuals registered for an exhibitor badge, will automatically receive an email with the link to the platform and their initial credentials coming from:

Based on your email provider’s filters, the email may be sent to your spam or junk folder. Once you have located the email, we highly recommend adding the email to your safe senders list to promptly receive platform notification emails such as meeting requests. 

Yes! The matchmaking platform is built within the Vinexpo America | Drinks America event mobile app. The mobile app will launch at the same time the platform opens for attendees on Monday, February 20th. 

For completing profiles, we recommend using the browser interface for the best experience. On-site, the app will allow you to see the latest event information and new buyer profiles as well as manage and review your meetings on-the-go. 

While the platform opened for attendees on February 20th, many may not download the app or set their availability until closer to the event. You can see who has activated their meeting requests under ‘Active Attendees’ on the right-hand navigation menu (on the browser). 
Some attendees may choose not to schedule meetings in advance and simply use the platform to browse profiles and product listings. You will be able to see these attendees, but not schedule meetings with them. 
In both cases, you can use ‘Interested’ to save them to ‘My Interested’ list for later viewing. This will also notify them when they do access the app.
