When will I receive my booth confirmation?
Booth Confirmation emails have been sent to exhibitors who have been assigned. If you have not received your Booth Confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@divcom.com and they will be able to assist. This email will include your company's booth details as well as your link and password to access the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) where you will find all exhibiting related information needed to continue planning. Within the ERC you will also be able to review, edit, and approve your company's information for the online Exhibitor List and event mobile app.

When will I have access to order services and furnishings, register for badges, and other logistical information?
Once you are logged in to the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC), using the link and password in your Booth Confirmation email sent to you from the Customer Service team, you will be able to access the following:
- Order Event Services, Utilities & Furnishings
o Review, Edit & Approve your Company Listing - Access Shipping & Move-In/Move-out Information
- Register for Badges & Invite Guests to attend the event
- Review the Event Schedule and more
