MHW, Ltd., the leading service provider, has been contracted by Vinexpo America Tradeshow to be the official importer of beverage alcohol samples via the TTB Certificate of Label Approval (COLA) Waiver process for the event. The waiver will be granted specifically for Vinexpo America and any ancillary activities related to the event (i.e. distributor presentations post event). COLA waiver guidelines dictate that any samples remaining at the conclusion of the event must be destroyed or returned to the foreign supplier. This year, suppliers will be permitted to carry out from the venue, (1)-12/bottle case of samples per person. Multiple trips are prohibited. Removal of larger quantities must be coordinated with MHW, Ltd. and Centerplate, the venue’s Catering and Hospitality Services provider, through the loading dock. As a reminder, samples removed from the venue cannot, under any circumstances, be used for any other event or any consumer related activities.

Please be sure to include your company name and return shipment request in the subject. Additional charge of $100 will be added to below fee schedule, if request is not made at least 30 days in advance or at show site.

The listed prices only include administrative fee and the known third party warehouse charges. Additional fees not listed to consider 1) shipping rates to final destination will vary and will be quoted upon request 2) the required material handling fees to move freight from your stand to the loading dock.
