Kamilah Mahon

Kamilah Mahon is the Global Inclusion and Diversity Program Manager for Distill Ventures, a drinks accelerator, that helps grow and scale drink brands worldwide. She is responsible for their Inclusion and Diversity programs that help support team competency building and advise start-up partners on various inclusive and engaging people strategies. She provides best practices to partners when building employee recruiting, hiring and training practices as well as new ways of thinking when connecting to consumer audiences. Kamilah is thrilled to enable a new generation of diverse founders, teams and partners to build sustainable, inclusive and diverse organizations.
